Wholesale pricing and DAP methodology

Prices are published per lot, not per buyer. The same price list applies to every customer, and the delivery charge is calculated from a confirmed freight rate for the route you choose.

How the quantity tiers work

Each lot carries its own tiers. A tier applies when the quantity you ask for falls inside its range. Tiers that exceed the remaining stock are not offered. When a lot has been partly sold, the visible tiers shrink with it.

When a price is not published

Some lots are still being weighed and priced. For those we show the real photography and the specifications, and quote the price directly once you tell us the quantity you need.

DAP — Delivered at Place

Under Incoterms 2020, DAP puts the cost of transport and the risk of transit on the seller until the cargo is delivered at the agreed named place. The buyer handles import customs clearance, import duties and taxes. DAP does not require the seller to insure the cargo, although the seller may buy insurance because the transit risk stays with the seller.

Collection at the destination airport

Arrival at an airport does not by itself complete a DAP delivery. Where the buyer collects the cargo from the carrier at the destination airport, CPT or CIP may be the more accurate term. The exact handover point is agreed with the forwarder and confirmed on the quotation.

What is never included

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are excluded from every published total. Currency conversion, bank charges and any inspection or certificate costs are excluded unless the quotation states otherwise.

Quotation validity

Every published price carries a validity date. After that date the price must be re-confirmed, and freight rates expire independently on their own validity dates.
